About The West Coast of Barbados
The west coast of Barbados is known for having crystal-clear water, white sandy beaches, and excellent conditions for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. Often referred to as the Platinum Coast, the west coast of the island is where you’ll find luxurious accommodations, high-end shopping, delicious restaurants, and so much more.
Holetown and Speightstown are the two largest towns on the west coast. Holetown is about 20 minutes from Bridgetown by car and Speightstown is about 10 minutes further north from Holetown.
